[December 6, 2021] We are pleased to welcome our very first business friend: Ceres Legal. Since last month there is the option to become a ‘friend of Mukomeze’. In this way you support the work of the Mukomeze Foundation and you also get something in return, because friendship is reciprocal. We have therefore agreed with Ceres Legal to give a lecture for all relations of Ceres Legal at the beginning of next year by Mukomeze in collaboration with Solace Ministries, our partner organization in Rwanda. In this way we inform Ceres Legal of the work that we and our partner organization do. We also place the Ceres Legal logo on our site.
We will use the proceeds that come in from ‘friends of Mukomeze’ to pay unforeseen costs or costs that do not fall under regular sponsorships or projects. You can think of a roof of a house that collapses, a cow that dies unexpectedly, transport costs for, for example, medical equipment that goes from the Netherlands to Rwanda, sponsorships that are stopped and must be taken care of, et cetera. In addition, Mukomeze has been contributing €600 per quarter to personnel costs at Solace Ministries for many years. Financing these kinds of costs is desperately needed. We are therefore very happy with our new business friend Ceres Legal and hope to welcome many more.
